Here at Sassy Latte Boutique we want you to fall in love with your purchases. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a boutique credit or refund. You must first send an email to support@sassylatteboutique explaining the reason for the return. Once your return has been approved you will be responsible for all return shipping charges to the address provided to you. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and odor free. Once the item has been received and the return approved, we will issue a refund or credit. 

Shipping:

Shipping rates are as follows:

$6 for 1 item, $9 for 2+ items and free over $125 

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email from our shipping service. 

We strive to ship all paid orders within 24 hours, but guarantee shipping within 3 business days after your payment was received.
