These boots are seriously amazing!! Very comfortable and true to size. I have to buy extra wide boots from the store and these work (mainly!) for me. I measured the size 10 and it is a 17” calf. They do have an elastic on the back so do stretch further. I have an 18” calf on my right leg and they fit perfectly! My left leg is apparently bigger and I can’t zip up my true size, 10. But I can size up to the 11 and zip them!! They aren’t too big to walk in either!
