Number of Names: Create your piece with one to five names - crystals will appear on both sides of each word/name.

Customization: Please keep custom name requests to 10 letters or under, please contact us if you have a special request for a name exceeding 10 letters. This style cannot accommodate names like SueAnne or MaryBeth, those names would be treated as two names in this style or created with no second capitalization if names are under 10 characters. Please contact us for a Studio Custom Creation if you seek a custom item with a similarly conjoined name.

Font: All names will be designed with uppercase typeface, no exceptions

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
